Project policies
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to Club Lerna online mixing and mastering services. Last updated July 16, 2026.
1. Project review and acceptance
Submitting a project is a request for review and does not guarantee acceptance or create a charge. Club Lerna may accept, decline or request additional files or information. An accepted project is confirmed only after the client completes the secure payment request.
2. Turnaround estimates
Standard estimates are 7–10 business days for full-stem mixing, 5–7 business days for stereo mastering, and 7–10 business days for full-stem mix and master. Timing begins after payment, complete files and creative direction have been received. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Client delays, new files or scope changes may move the deadline.
3. Revisions
Two revision rounds are included. Each round consists of one clear, consolidated list of adjustments to the delivered mix or master. Revisions cover changes within the original direction and files provided. Requests involving new or replacement recordings, arrangement changes, added production, extensive editing, stem repair or a different creative direction fall outside the original scope and require a separate quote. Additional revision rounds are $50 each.
4. Priority delivery
Priority delivery is available for an additional 35% when the schedule allows. Availability and a specific delivery date will be confirmed before payment. The priority timeline begins only after payment and all required files and instructions are received. Delayed feedback, replacement files or changes from the client may affect the confirmed delivery date.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Submitting a project is free. If a paid project is canceled before work begins, the client may receive a refund less any non-recoverable processing fees. Once work has started, payment is non-refundable because time has been reserved and the service is underway. Refunds are not available after final files have been delivered. If Club Lerna is unable to complete a project, the client will be refunded for any work that was not completed. Concerns that fall within the approved scope will be handled through the included revision process.
6. Client files and responsibilities
The client confirms that they own or have permission to use every recording, composition, sample and file submitted. Stems should be clearly labeled, consolidated from the same start point and delivered with a rough mix and references. The client is responsible for providing working download access and accurate instructions.
7. Final delivery and file retention
Final files are delivered through a private Dropbox link emailed to the client. The client is responsible for downloading and backing up all deliverables. Club Lerna retains uploaded project audio for 30 days after final delivery, then deletes it automatically. Long-term archival storage is not provided.
8. Included and excluded services
Full-stem mixing includes vocal editing and vocal tuning when needed within the original project scope. Stem repair, original production, songwriting and recording are not included or offered as part of the mixing service.
9. Communication and approval
The email address supplied with the project is the official contact for approvals, payment and delivery. By submitting the form and selecting the agreement checkbox, the client confirms acceptance of these terms.
