For mixing, we recommend clearly labeled 24-bit WAV stems, a rough mix and reference songs. The form accepts up to three MP3 or WAV files. Larger folders can be submitted through a private Dropbox, Google Drive or WeTransfer link.

Consolidate every stem from the same start point, label each file clearly and remove master-bus processing unless it is essential to the sound. Include the BPM, sample rate and any important creative notes.

A revision round is one clear, consolidated list of adjustments to the delivered mix or master. Two rounds are included. New recordings, replacement stems, arrangement changes, added production, extensive editing, stem repair or a different creative direction require a separate quote. Additional rounds are $50 each.

Full-stem mixing and mix and master projects are normally delivered within 7–10 business days. Stereo mastering is normally delivered within 5–7 business days. Timing begins after payment and all required files and instructions are received. Priority delivery is confirmed individually before payment.

Nothing is charged when you submit a project. If the project is accepted, you will receive a secure Stripe payment link by email. Your project is confirmed and scheduled after payment is received.

Full-stem mixing includes vocal editing and vocal tuning when needed. Stem repair, original production, songwriting and recording are not included or offered as part of the mixing service.

Club Lerna is a private creative suite located in Davenport, Florida. Studio sessions are available by inquiry and confirmed appointment.

Your final files will be delivered through a private Dropbox link sent by email. Please download and back up your files. Club Lerna retains uploaded project audio for 30 days after final delivery, then deletes it automatically.
